Our client located in downtown Chicago is looking for a Flash Developer who will collaborate with designers and developers in all phases of the creative process from conceptualization, designing to development, testing and deployment of top notch Flash experiences. The Developer will transform client goals into compelling, usable, media-rich interactive experiences including web site and online advertising projects. The Developer will write clean, documented, reusable and scalable Action Scripting code for deployment on the web and other platforms; author and maintain technical documentation throughout the project life cycle; and maintain a coding skill set at the forefront of cutting-edge technology with knowledge sharing as applicable. The Flash developer will work with the team of developers in a fast paced environment who are self motivated and willing to take on multiple tasks throughout all phases of development life cycle. Experience: The Flash Actionscript 3.0 Developer must possess a degree in BFA, BA in Graphic design, computer science or a related field with a minimum of 2 years of designing experience in a professional service environment. The Flash Developer should have a good understanding of Flash 9, Action scripting 2 and 3, Photoshop, Illustrator and Java. Excellent knowledge of the latest Flash features such as Filters, Blend modes, Flash types, Bitmap caching, Alpha Bending, and Advanced gradient control and External Interface is required.
