Manager of IT Support in Chicago, IL
My downtown client seeks a Manager of IT Support to join their team on a full- time basis. This person will manage a small team of Desktop Support Engineers, but also handle support for Executive level users. You will provide support for all IT systems including but not limited to: Network, Servers, Desktops, Mobile Devices (Blackberry), Peripherals and Software. The environment is about 40 users, but they are a branch of an $80 Billion 59,000 employee company.
Experience: Candidates MUST HAVE 5 years of total hands- on IT Support experience, 3 of which should be focused on Executive Level support. They should have at least 1 year experience managing a small support team. Candidates must also have extensive experience with the following technologies: Microsoft Exchange 2003, Active Directory, Windows XP, Blackberry, Security- related desktop operating systems, and Wireless.
