Our client, an Interactive Media - Web Gaming Design firm, seeks a Director of Technology for their rapidly growing company.This person will be client facing, will manage the technology process, and will work closely with the owner internally. They will manage the technical development group, which includes Flash Developers and Application Engineers, and will be responsible for building a world class technical department. They will "own" the R&D efforts of the office. The right candidate will be someone who is driven and can handle high pressure and manage people. This person must have agency experience and it would be nice if they had access to a book of freelancers. This position is purely managerial, interfacing with the client to deliver/articulate the vision of the group. They will work on pitches and RFP's, and will be like a program manager who manages the process with client level expectations.
