This position plans, analyzes, designs, develops, codes, debugs and documents programming to satisfy business requirements for large, complex projects. The successful candidate will be required to adhere to architecture standards, contribute to strategic technology directions, be the driving force within the development team, mentor less experienced team members, and contribute to code reviews. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working on high volume transaction client/server development using .NET (C#) and SQL Server. Candidates must have experience in various application development languages/toolsets including: C#, VBScript, JavaScript, PL/SQL, and T-SQL. Must be familiar with, and comfortable in, software development in a large corporate IT environment requiring a formalized development process, documentation, unit testing, and release management. Able to lead development projects and create new and innovative approaches to solutions to solve business needs.
