Must have direct experience in designing, building, and supporting a very large web presence including first-hand knowledge of scalability & security techniques. . Intensive implementation experience with the following technologies: Java/J2EE, Frameworks such as Struts / Spring / Hibernate and EJB, OO Design Patterns, Apache HTTP Server, JBoss Application Server, Tomcat, Oracle . Experience with any of the following a plus: SOA/Web Services (SOAP & REST), AJAX/RIA, Source Code Management (Perforce) and Continuous Integration (Cruise), Agile Project Management Tools (Rally). . Experience building & operating one or more of the following types of systems: E-commerce, Billing, Payment processing, Content management, Content personalization or CRM . Must be comfortable working in a Windows and Linux environment . Experience in a structured, process-oriented software development environment is required Experience with Agile (XP, Scrum) development methodologies. . Must have excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills as well as being highly self-motivated .
