Our client in Downtown Chicago is currently looking for a Data Architect/Technical Lead to determine hardware requirements and build database from scratch for provider network analysis. The candidate needs to take project and own it end to end and can work remotely or the downtown Chicago office. Travel might be required once every two months for requirements gathering. Healthcare industry experience is helpful. The project will be to analyze build, and implement database for auditing and reconciling provider data in 4+ databases. The expected deliverables includes :Project Plan, including a resource plan and a timeline; Data Model and Requirements Definition; Database Design and Test Plans; Database Application; User Guide
