Technical Support in Chicago, IL
Our client is growing and they are currently seeking a Support professional. This individual needs to have working knowledge of desktop systems, installation, configuration, maintenance and support. Specific duties include providing level 1 desktop support to onsite and remote end users on a variety of issues. Will identify, research and resolves technical problems. Responds to telephone call, email and personnel requests for technical support. Documents, tracks, escalates and monitors the problem to insure a timely resolution.
Experience: The successful candidate have: Windows 2000, Windows XP (including SP3), Vista, Windows 2000/2003 Server, Active Directory, Office 2000/XP/2003, Outlook/OWA/Exchange, some computer hardware knowledge, basic PC troubleshooting, Ghost, Track-IT.
