Must be proficient in .Net, C#.Net, HTML and T-SQL. Object oriented methods and web-based technologies a MUST. Knowledge of Crystal and/or Reporting Services highly preferred.Must have solid SQL Server experience including developing and debugging stored procedures and triggers. Should have experience with Internet Server platforms.Ability to organize, prioritize and follow-through on projects and related tasks required.Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills required.Evaluates existing operations & applications and recommends appropriate business solution optionsEnsures appropriate information from user department is obtained to identify, establish consensus on and document operational procedures and project requirements.* Researches and identifies potential solution options. Communicates business solution options and other relevant data to appropriate personnel.* Determines/Evaluates scope and impact of recommended solutions.* Develops business processes that ensure developed application meets all project requirements.* Codes, tests, debugs, installs and documents operating programs and procedures. Manages and monitors implemented business solution(s). Ensures appropriateness of operational procedure documents.* Trains end-users on operational procedures.* Acts as a point-of-contact resource for end-users.* Translates technical information into functional information for end-users.* Confers with project personnel to provide technical advice and resolve problems.Assumes responsibility for addressing/resolving production problems and errors.Incumbents in this position are viewed as technical experts in multiple languages and systems as well as in manufacturing operations. Completes complex projects with limited direction. The applicant must be able to identify relevant issues as well as timelines required to successfully complete projects.
