Skills Required

- Ability to gather and document business, functional, and technical requirements, as well as create business and technical use cases.
- Ability to architect ECM solutions using IBM FileNet ECM products.
- Ability to create detailed implementation designs of content management and business process management solutions from the gathered requirements and use cases.
- Ability to lead and manage ECM implementation teams consisting of Crowe implementation resources, as well as sub-contracted resources throughout a full solution development life cycle (SDLC) from requirements through go-live and support.
- Ability to incorporate document capture products (scan/fax, barcode, OCR) into an ECM solution.
- Ability to incorporate electronic forms into an ECM solution.
- Ability to establish records management policies, procedures, and technical implementation within an ECM solution.
- Ability to incorporate web-developed end-user applications into an ECM solution.
- Ability to incorporate ancillary components into ECM solutions including business rules engines, integration to external systems, and reports.
- Ability to write proposals, responding to RFx's, and estimation of implementation effort.
- Ability to create best practices/standards and train others.
- Ability to apply ECM experiences to other ECM product suites.

Experience Required

- 5+ years of FileNet P8 implementation experience, and certification, required in:
- FileNet P8 Content Manager (4.0 preferred)
- FileNet P8 Process Engine / BPM (4.0 preferred)
- FileNet P8 Records Manager (4.0 preferred)
- Kofax Capture or FileNet P8 Capture
- Experience with implementing IBM Content Manager (CM8) solutions is highly preferred.
- Experience implementing solutions with the FileNet Panagon platform is a plus
- Proven experience implementing ECM solutions in the Financial Services and/or Government industries, applying an understanding of process and compliance requirements, highly preferred
- Java experience, specifically implementation of web applications using FileNet P8 CE and PE APIs highly preferred
- FileNet P8 E-forms or Adobe Livecycle E-forms experience a plus
- Project management experience greatly preferred, PMP certification a plus
- Experience implementing Corticon or ILOG business rules engine a plus
