Innovative and fast-growing company with a nationwide presence is seeking a Project Manager to join their Phoenix, AZ team! This position will be responsible for all aspects of project management on litigation support projects and offers great opportunity for stability, professional development, and excellent compensation (including benefits and bonus potential-)! Candidates who live outside the Phoenix area must relocate to Phoenix and may be eligible for a small relocation package.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Ensure that project status and requirements are properly documented and managed throughout duration of project.
Create successful implementation strategies to achieve project goals in a time- and cost-efficient manner.
Responsible for quality of work, completion of deadlines as per schedule, and client satisfaction.
Serve as primary contact for clients and maintain communication with client and operations to streamline success.
Prepare and approve documentation needed for project support, including design specifications, reports, invoices, manuals, etc.
Manage and resolve plan deviations.
Prepare and present status reports.
Track project completion and manage integration of invoicing process.
Monitor compliance to maintain consistency and top-notch quality.
Archive appropriate material upon completion of each project.

Requirements are as follows:
Experienced project manager in professional capacities with demonstrated success in managing large, complex litigation projects.
At least 5 years in progressively challenging PM roles.
Comprehensive project management skills, including development of management reports, systems, and processes that produce consistent results on large projects.
Effective communications skills, written and verbal.
Strong analytical skills and the capacity to forecast project revenue, and cost control/profitability analysis.
Expert knowledge of litigation support arena, i.e. scanning, coding, electronic discovery, repositories, etc.
Working knowledge of litigation technology.
