International client of ours with a downtown project is in immediate need of an Enterprise Implementation consultant who has experience with ADP V5 Enterprise system! This position is open-ended contract work, and candidates will be eligible for AppleOne benefits and experience with an industry leader! You will be responsible for the successful implementation of the Enterprise and Self Service Products through the effective execution of AIM using excellent functional, technical and project management knowledge and skills to complete assigned tasks; project scope discipline and preventing project timeline slippage; mentoring of new consultants and providing feedback to management to ensure proper training and project assignment for the new consultant(s); researching new features and functionality and sharing this knowledge with the consultants through booster shot training, documentation and conference calls. You must be prepared to analyze complex National Account client requirements for payroll, benefits and human resource policies and procedures and related financial accounting information; determine functional and technical design and implement solutions; influences others effectively through involvement in process and decision making; builds and maintain relationships of trust and respect with others; present the functional analysis results to the client and solicit feedback on design and solution alternatives Requirements are as follows: SQL expertise a requirement. Understanding of Enterprise payroll, HR and Benefits required. Autolink interfacing expertise a must. Experience implementing Enterprise or Peoplesoft preferred. Technical experience using SQL and data imports (SQR a plus). Ability to self manage tasks and follow a project plan. Experience converting Payroll and HR data highly preferred. Bachelors Degree in a related field. Professional certifications huge pluses (PHR, CPP, etc.) Must have technical training or equivalent in related technologies and/or systems implementations; formal training or experience in project management is preferred.
