Business Analyst focusing on Compliance.Primary Responsibilities: Act as an expert on user facing functionality for proprietary and 3rd party risk and compliance systems Gather business requirements from various stakeholders in different levels of the organization Communicate business requirements and big picture concepts to technical teams Ensure that new feature development meets acceptance criteria for stated business requirements Act as liaison between business stakeholders and vendors/software developers to identify and resolve issues. Assist Product Management with the prioritization of new feature development Assist with training on existing and new compliance systems Develop user acceptance testing procedures and test cases Perform ad-hoc data analysis for the Compliance department Experience and SkillsExperience with system integration Experience with normalized data sources (Access, SQL) and ETL processes Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel including pivot table reporting; comfort with VBA desired Working knowledge of exchange-traded equities and derivatives compliance requirements 2 years experience in a firm that performs equities or derivatives trading 2 years experience analyzing and translating client needs to create functional requirements Previous experience writing and executing test cases Excellent written and oral communication skills Strong attention to detail is essential Must have ability to quickly internalize new concepts and terminology Bachelor's degree required To Apply to this job go to http://www.GadBall.com or click here
