Linux or Unix platform technology experience Job Description Our client in Chicago is seeking a Tivoli IdM Engineer for a 4-month contract (until the end of the year) position in Chicago. Candidates for this position must be able to work on-site in Chicago (telecommuting is not an option). The person will be tasked with the design, development and implementation of one or more of the Identity and Access Management products and provide architecture, design, and implementation expertise of Identity Management products on an enterprise scale. Essential responsibilities include: Design, develop and implement Identity and Access Management products including but not limited to: Tivoli Access Manager (TAM) 5.1 & 6.x § Forms SSO § SPNEGO § WebSEAL junctions § LTPA § TAI Tivoli Identity Manager (TIM) 4.x & 5.x § SAML § WS-Federation § TIM provisioning policies § Custom entitlements Tivoli Directory Integrator (TDI) 6.1.1 § TDI Assembly Lines Optional: Tivoli Federated Identity Manager (TFIM) § SAML § WS-Federation § TIM provisioning policies § Custom entitlements Build resource adapters, integrate role-based access control, single sign-on, end-user provisioning, and synchronization services with existing applications and systems. Capable of integrating the following technologies against the Tivoli Access & Identity Manager solutions: Active Directory LDAP Directory Flat File Database Email system Application Servers Implement Identity and Access Management solutions in WebSphere and Portal environments as well as custom application environments for customers Experience, Education & Skills Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field with minimum 3 years experience. Prior experience with Tivoli Identity or other identity management product a must. Linux or Unix platform technology experience Hands on experience with one or more email platforms (ex. Exchange, Groupwise, Lotus, ECT.) Network infrastructure technology experience (ex. VPN, Firewall, load balancers, ECT.) Must have excellent analytical skills, have the ability to multitask and have solid project management skills. Experience with Java, Ecma, XML and XSLT a must. Solid understanding of access, identity management, single sign on, and security concepts. Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with strong technical skills. Demonstrated ability to architect and design a Tivoli IDM solution from the ground up. The client prefers local Chicago based candidates, but is open for the right out of state candidate.
