Initial 6 month contract Day to day production support activities such as, incident and change management Prioritizing , scheduling and coordinating the implementation of application enhancements/changes into production Conducting wellness checks and proactively monitoring the health of applications Interfacing with the business to understand and prioritize application enhancements and defects Communicating, escalating and reporting on key application metrics/trends, application availability and production issues Coordinating with infrastructure support teams to ensure proper operations monitoring, capacity management and environment root cause analysis activities are conducted Participation in application development projects to ensure application availability and support requirements are met Production Metric Reporting Minimum of 5 years relevant Production Support and incident management experience Minimum of 5 years experience with helpdesk ticket resolution (such as Peregrine) and change control systems Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with creating process, procedures, and documentation relating to incident management or systems operations Excellent written and oral communication skills and demonstrated ability to interact with all technical and non-technical members of the organization Experience in SQL required Useful Technology Experience: UNIX, Java, JavaScript, HTML ,Websphere, WebMethods, Filenet P8, SQL, Control-M, Relational Databases, Rational Software To Apply to this job go to http://www.GadBall.com or click here
