Production Support Analyst

Looking for SQL, Windows and WinTel experience. Know how to perform SQL queries on SQL 2005 DB, have experience with Windows Server 2003 and XP OS.
SQL scripting desired because they use to automate processes. Will consider someone with a C# .Net development background.
Help desk ticket resolution and system monitoring (log files, CPU's)
Onbase and J & B software (TSM and eFlow) highly preferred.
Phone screen and then in person interview.
