Duties: Support and maintenance of storage environments Ad hoc status reporting Troubleshoot and resolve issues Develop and implement changes to processes to ensure improvement Maintain storage policies and procedures Requirements: 5+ years experience support EMC Celerra NAS devices BS Degree 5+ years storage support and management 5 years experience support EMC CLARiiON arrays Experience support Hitachi AMS and Thunder SAN arrays a big plus Disaster recovery, HSM, ILM and advanced backup technologies such as Virtual Tap Libraries experience desired Working knowledge in the following preferred: EMC disk products, Cisco MDS series fibre channel products, EMC Control Center, EMC Proven Professional, Storage virtualization, Data De-duplication
