PROGRAM MANAGER

Senior Program Manager with strong leadership and experience in developing and executing IT Programs and Large Scale Projects, with the capacity to delegate assignments, and manage resources remotely. This function will be involved in developing, modifying and executing company wide initiatives that affect immediate operations(s) and will also have customer facing activities. The Program management function requires managing people, managing cross functional teams, managing customer expectations, and setting up the pace for all team members to follow. Project delivery will require strong result oriented profile focused on Plans and milestone delivery, schedules, quality and budget. This program manager Position will be accountable for monitoring the program/project from initiation through delivery, interfacing with customers or department personnel. This function will also assigns and monitors work of assigned technical personnel, providing support and interpretation of instructions/objectives. Responsible for ensuring appropriate resources are allocated. Manages any changes required to meet or exceed the expectations established in project designs.

Qualifications Required
· PMP Required
· Goal orientated with a strong delivery/milestone focus.
· Has a clear understanding of the purpose and usage of all project tools, and PMI knowledge areas including:


Project Charter
Master Project Control Plan
Issue Log
Risk Management
Quality Management
Status Report
Project Change Control
Change Log
Operational Acceptance Cert.


· Can effectively develop all program/project tools/deliverables without guidance.
· Extraordinary organizational skills.
· Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Customer Focus: Understand customer needs and highly effective at fulfilling them.
· Intuitive approach to understanding and solving problems and challenges.
· Commitment to Quality, Integrity and Excellence drive for performance.
· Extensive Program/Project Management experience


8 to 10 tears of experience managing IT related projects preferably in Infrastructure.


· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, MS Project, Word, and other basic PC applications.
· Outstanding interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills (written and verbal).
· Ability to work independently and remotely.
