The Technical Training Consultant is responsible for the delivery of courses for a specialized Enterprise Case Management product set; this includes end user, business configuration, technical configuration, support and installation training. The Consultant will need to acquire a deep understanding of the product set and become conversant in the product domain of the company's markets.

Experience: A bachelor's degree in CS is required. This person should be very strong in SQL, XML, and Web Services. They must have a good understanding of computing concepts and applications, including Java, Windows OS (Unix is a plus), client/server architectures, and web-based application tools. Experience in delivery of IT and business-related training. Significant customer facing experience in a consultancy/training role. A clear understanding of CRM and Business Process Re-engineering. Willingness to travel 3-4 days/week.
It is a plus to have Enterprise Case Management experience, experience with local and human services government sectors, design and delivery of e-based learning, and training/teaching qualification.

This position is responsible for operational support of and project initiatives involving the Messaging environment. This position provides maintenance, support, and enhancements of the messaging systems including Exchange, Outlook, Blackberry/BES, Postini, and email archiving. Experience: Required experience includes: BA/BS in computer science/related field, strong expertise (5+ years) in Messaging systems, and proven troubleshooting abilities. Specific Messaging experience including: Expertise in Microsoft Exchange Server 2003/2007 (to include monitoring, clustering, backup/restore, and attached storage), BlackBerry Enterprise Server 4.x, Postini, strong understanding of message routing technologies, experience with SMTP gateway tools and appliances is preferred, experience with MessageOne EMS, experience with Tumbleweed Email Firewall, Quest MessageStats, ActiveGroups, & Spotlight on Exchange, understanding of IronPort Email Gateway, understanding of TLS / SPN connections to firm clients, Outlook Web Access (OWA), strong understanding of technical networking, Windows 2000, 2003 and XP, strong planning and analysis skills, strong documentation skills, strong understanding of MS Office Suite and Document Management Systems, and email clients.
