Duration: 6 months Job Description: Applicant will work with the eBusiness team to provide administrative and development support for Microsoft Content Management Server (CMS) for Exelon?s Internet and Intranet web sites. Applicant will also provide development and maintenance support for other .NET applications as required. Provide production support for the Microsoft Content Management Server (CMS) application. Assist with troubleshooting and problem resolution. Analyze, design, develop, test, and deploy new/modified CMS templates, custom controls, and other enhancements. Analyze, design, develop, test, and deploy scripts to automate certain support and maintenance tasks related to CMS. Assist with the development and documentation of operational procedures for managing CMS. Provide consulting assistance to business clients regarding the development of Internet and Intranet CMS sites. Analyze, design, develop, test, and deploy new/enhanced .NET applications. Document all work and provide knowledge transfer to eBusiness team members. Technical skills essential for this assignment: Minimum one year of Microsoft Content Management Server (CMS) support and development experience. Minimum two years of ASP.NET development experience. Minimum two years of C# development experience. Pluses: Good understanding of object oriented design, use cases, and UML. Clear understanding of best practices relating to web design and content management system implementation and support Non-technical skills essential for this assignment: (comm. skills, problem solving skills, presentation skills, etc.) Good documentation and analytical skills.
