We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our growing practice as a Senior Manager with a focus on Business/Finance Transformation.

Candidates should meet the following criteria:

Have experience in MIC 2.0 and the Virsa products (the basis for GRC).
An ability to work both independently and in a team environment
A willingness to travel
Possess excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills and be able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
Experience building and managing relationships.
An ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
Experience in large scale business transformation efforts, organizational design & development, performance management, performance improvement, and/or business strategy required.
Experience in leadership development and cultural alignment.
Proven track record of revenue generation with large consulting engagements.
Experience in building a consulting team and managing business operational and fiscal goals.
