* 3-5 + years of Crystal Reports and Crystal Enterprise development experience
* Exposure to Business Objects XI, especially Infoview, is a plus
* Working knowledge of Remedy, XACT/XNET, Oracle and SQL is a plus
* Exposure to conversion to conversion from Crystal v9 to XI a plus
* Must have database structure, data mining, and analysis
* Analysis, design, development, testing, and support experience required
* Ability to effectively translate business requirements into Crystal reports
* Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
* Well organized, works effectively with minimal direction and has the capacity to multitask
