One of our Client currently looking to hire an experienced Business Analyst.
He/She will be responsible for:
Application wide analysis and proposal of solutions.
Assembles, analyzes, and represents partner or client business requirements.
Performs feasibility analysis, scopes project, recommends alternative solutions, project strategy, and deliverable prioritization.
Experience: Business Analyst with a broad financial systems background, pursuing an aggressive application build/integration strategy to modernize the workflows of portfolio managers in the Active Equity, Fixed Income and Quantitative Management groups. Ideal candidate would have the following skills.
Excellent communication skills
Excellent business process analysis skills
Experience in investment systems/processes (buy and sell side)
Ability to produce tight/effective scope and requirements documents
Proven technical development and architecture skills
Excellent team player
Pragmatic attitude
Detail oriented
Ability to quickly distill interviews into concrete documents
Ability to interact and communicate effectively with business and technology partners
Good project management skills
Experience with Eagle and Charles River a plus
Experience with working and understanding needs of middle office and operations is very important.
