The responsibilities of this position are as follows: Communication with trading clients at all levels. Understand and service client queries regarding client OMS, connectivity, routing, and account management. Experience: Minimum Education and/or Experience Required: Bachelor's degree plus if in economics, mathematics, finance. 2 - 3 Years experience in the securities industry (Electronic trading, connectivity, OMS-vender, ATS/ECN, or Brokerage). Strong knowledge of the US equity and futures markets and securities trading industry. A clear understanding of Order Routing trade flow, drop copies and allocations. Track issues and work with project managers and developers to resolve. Must have excellent PC skills and have some familiarity with electronic trading systems. Must demonstrate exemplary team working and analytical skills. Demonstrated ability to work in a time sensitive environment. Able to work as part of a team in a trading environment.
