NetworkingPS is a Professional Services firm focused on selling and delivering application management services, Business-to-Business (B2B) solutions, network management consulting services, security services, and products from select partners. We are seeking an aggressive Regional Director of Business Development with an existing book of contacts and a proven track record of consistent success in selling IT services and/or IT products to mid-size and larger companies. The territory will include the Midwest. Successful candidates must have a proven track record in professional services sales with experience finding, qualifying, shaping, and closing deals at the senior management or executive level. Responsibilities: ? Sell NPS's services throughout the entire sales cycle. ? Employ solution-selling techniques to identify business needs. ? Work collaboratively with our business partners to provide complete solutions wrapped around partner's products. ? Develop and present proposals that convey business need and client benefit. ? Effectively negotiate and close deals to secure profitable business. Qualifications: ? At least 5 years of IT sales experience. ? Proven track record of selling annuity or project based solutions. ? Experience in meeting and exceeding quotas or sales targets of $2M+. ? Excellent presentation and communication skills. ? Commitment to account management and quality service. ? Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. Commission ONLY, however, very generous sales compensation program and NO CAP on commissions. Additionally, for the right candidate, a retainer could be offered after 30 to 60 days which could then lead to a full time salaried position.
