Designing and developing IP Telephony/Call Center solutions including PBX and ACD systems, IVR and Voice Response applications, Computer/Telephony Integration (CTI), and converged voice and data IP networks
Financial and ROI analysis of recommended IP telephony/Call Center and converged network strategies and solutions
Research and evaluation of new IP Telephony/Contact Center technologies and solutions
Gathering and evaluating client business requirements and develop solutions to meet these requirements
