Design and implementation of IP telephony/Call Center Technology solutions in large enterprise Contact Center environments including:

  • Analysis of current telephony/Contact Center environments and development of upgrade strategies and recommendations
  • Designing and developing IP Telephony/Call Center solutions including PBX and ACD systems, IVR and Voice Response applications, Computer/Telephony Integration (CTI), and converged voice and data IP networks (voip)
  • Financial and ROI analysis of recommended IP telephony/Call Center and converged network strategies and solutions
  • Research and evaluation of new IP Telephony/Contact Center technologies and solutions
  • Gathering and evaluating client business requirements and develop solutions to meet these requirements
