The Experienced Application Developer will work with other development resources and key vendors to build new applications to enhance and extend enterprise systems. S/he will be heavily involved with the design, development, and testing of new software, and work with others to ensure a smooth implementation of changes to existing systems as well as new applications. Experience: The candidate will have 2+ years of experience in systems design and development experience in n-tier and client/server environments. S/he should also have at least two years of experience developing within the Microsoft .NET environment. S/he should be a versatile team player that can successfully address several independent tasks at once. S/he should possess a good balance of strong technical and business skills, including solid written and verbal communication skills. REQUIRED SKILLS Solid Experience with Object Oriented Principles, Development with Microsoft .NET (at least 2 years experience), Development using C# .NET (experience with VB.NET a plus), Microsoft Visual Studio .NET, Microsoft SQL Server 2000, including expertise with stored procedure development, Microsoft Windows 2000 or later, Understands and embraces a structured development process and Bachelor or Associate Degree DESIRED SKILLS WinForm development and architecture design, HTML, XML, and other web-based technologies, .NET 2.0 (Whidbey) a plus, ASP/COM+/VB6 ?
