Description of Duties & Responsibilities: Serve as an escalation point for Aon Re employees; escalate daily all issues through CSC Service Desk; log all escalations and monitor activities until resolved; analyze escalations and resolutions for each escalated ticket; produce daily/weekly reports for management; and track common resolutions.

Special Skills Required: Strong communications skills (both written and oral); detail oriented; excellent organization skills; strong computer skills using Lotus Notes and Microsoft Office software; and service oriented.

Miniumum Education Required: High School Graduate (some college, preferred)

Minimum Work Experience Required: 2 years
