**This traveling position. Reliable transportation will be required to commute to CLIENT offices in the Chicagoland area. **

Minimum 3 year experience installing, troubleshooting, and repairing desktop equipment. Responsible for installation, repair, maintenance, and setup of desktop equipment. Desktop equipment includes: cabling systems, personal computers, voice, locally attached and networked HP Laser Printers.

Candidate must be an expert in Windows XP. Candidate should have worked with Remedy (or another incident tracking system), Lotus Notes and Landesk. Candidate should also be comfortable working in a formal business environment. A Microsoft MCP is required; additional certifications such as HP Certified Technician or A+ are helpful.
