Sr. Business Analyst (Assoc Level) Global Project Management Team Downtown $85k - $95k base plus bonus The Global Product Services team is responsible for the execution and oversight of activities including Shareholder Servicing, Transfer Agent Services and Product oversight for over 600 investment products, their related vendors and distribution partners. Responsibilities: - Manage business related projects through the entire life cycle from strategic scope definition to requirements gathering, implementation support, and user testing. - Provide both analysis and project management services to a variety of businesses within the firm in partnership with Technology for technical related initiatives and proprietary systems. - Scope definition, requirements gathering, process design, issue management, and facilitation of the entire project lifecycle. - Maintain relationships with internal technology groups, related business areas, and external system vendors. Experience: Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree with excellent academic record • Professional experience (6+ yrs) leading and participating in operational or system related process design and project management • Knowledge of computer technologies (data flows, relational databases, program logic, file layouts, communication protocols, etc.) • Financial services experience in alternatives, mutual fund, fund treasury, bank, or brokerage back-office operations • Excellent analytical, communication, facilitation, and organization skills • Experience with business process improvement and business process design • Ability to perform software testing • Direct / indirect resource management experience • Project Management or Quality Assurance certification is a plus Additional: • Strong communication skills • Determined • Flexible w/ hours • Interacts effectively with all levels • Good judgment • Manages stress well • Meets deadlines • Organized • Problem solver • Results oriented • Team oriented • Time management skills • Strong multi-tasking skills • Willingness to travel If strongly qualified then please forward a cover letter and resume to for consideration.
