The Business Analyst is responsible for assisting with the development and maintenance of business application processes to meet the organization's information needs. The Business Analysts are a sub-team of the Enterprise Applications team which is responsible for the design, build, test, deployment and ongoing maintenance of applications to support Business. The Business Analyst is responsible for requirements gathering and to-be process definition. They are a liaison between the business community and the Information Services department to support the business processes. This position will participate primarily, but not exclusively on SAP projects as well as on-going maintenance requests. Experience: Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience required. Masters degree is a plus. Prefer 3-5 years experience in information systems development life cycles, package software solutions and/or application delivery. Prefer 3-5 years relevant industry experience. SAP experience a strong plus. Must have experience with creating functional specifications and creating process design documentation. Must have experience with business analysis, business process design and application delivery. Must be able to demonstrate effective communication skills, collaboration skills, adaptability skills and planning and organization skills. CRM experience in Service Management and/or Leasing a plus.
