Will be tasked to translate business requirements into cost-effective technology solutions and to evaluate RFPs, engage with vendors and evaluate their proposed solutions, evaluate software packages, etc. Will be accountable for the preparation of RFIs, evaluating the solution alternatives; buy vs. build and developing a preferred application solution with accompanying budget and bench-marked timeline. This person will be the point of contact to Sr. Management, presenting for approval a multi-year and multi-phased enterprise-wide solution as well as leading the SDLC process. Experience: 8+ years experience with project management leveraging a SDLC approach, strategic planning, work scheduling, resource allocation, risk management, and status reporting. Experience supervising application developers and project managers on project tasks. Previous track record managing vendors, negotiating and overseeing contracts, evaluating technology, and preparing RFPs. Bachelors Degree.
