Responsibilities:

• Design and implement functional specifications
• Facilitate the information validation and team decision-making process with no supervision
• Manage project tasks, participate in proposal development, and prepare and deliver presentations
• Perform the tasks of a technical project leader for moderate scope projects, supervising and developing junior consultants

Experience: Required knowledge/skills include:

• Bachelors degree with a focus on Computer Science or equivalent experience and a minimum of 3+ years of Development/Consulting experience
• Expertise with Java, J2EE, JSP
• Strong customer facing skills and able to build and maintain positive customer relationships
