Robert Half Technology has a client in the downtown area seeking a PC/Mac Support Technician. The client is a 125 person shop, with half being Mac users on new G5 machines. The PC/Mac Support technician needs to know basic to mid level Exchange troubleshooting, some Windows Active Directory troubleshooting, setting up new users, unlocking user, reseting passwords, user rights for folders. The PC/Mac Support Tecnician will also be responsible for organization and back up of large data files.
