DoubleClick is currently searching for a dynamic Java Developer. This position works closely with team members, management, and the staff to continue the development and technological advancement of DoubleClick software and applications. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
3+ years experience with server side Java development (primarily ejb, jdbc, servlets, Tomcat) 4+ years experience with multiple operating systems (Unix, Linux, Win2K). 3+ years experience working with Relational SQL databases (eg SQL Server, DB2, MySQL, PostgreSQL etc?) High competency level in HTML, Javascript Strong team player across functional units Ability to learn complex business functions with little guidance Self-motivated and able to work independently. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience in lieu of formal education. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Work with analysts, business units, and developers to design and develop proprietary software. Assist in the development of specifications for product enhancements and upgrades. Test software and resolve quality issues. Provide technical leadership for in-house and outsourced development Provide second level support for developed applications. Evaluate tools and third party applications for applicable use. Integrate third party tools and systems into Performics' architecture for optimum use.
