Responsibilities: The Siebel Analytics Team Lead is responsible for successful delivery of Siebel Analytics technology initiatives. The Siebel Analytics Team Lead will lead Siebel Analytics design, build, test & deployment efforts. This individual provides hands-on Siebel Analytics technical knowledge as well as manages client relationships within context of individual role. Qualifications: - Preferred Candidates should have Siebel Certification (7 or Greater) & experience in at least 2 successful, full lifecycle Siebel Analytics engagements. - 2 years employment in a consulting firm with consulting responsibilities - 3 years experience with application development in the Middle Market BI space - Technical depth in Siebel Analytics. Major Field of Study: - IT, MIS Siebel Analytics solution design & development (Level4 - Can perform without assistance. Has in-depth knowledge) - Technical requirements definition & mapping (Level4 - Can perform without assistance. Has in-depth knowledge) - Evaluation of key technical capabilities across vendors (Level4 - Can perform without assistance. Has in-depth knowledge). - Understanding of Siebel Analytics process flows (Level4 - Can perform without assistance. Has in-depth knowledge). - Leadership of testing & technology deployment (Level3 - Can perform with assistance, has applied knowledge). - Complex consulting/client mgmt experience with Director level & above (Level5 - Can give expert advice and lead others to perform). - Hands-on developed deliverables defined by formal/structured methodology (Level5 - Can give expert advice and lead others to perform). - Presentation preparation and delivery (Level5 - Can give expert advice and lead others to perform). - Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio (Level5 - Can give expert advice and lead others to perform). - Technical knowledge of Siebel Analytics AD tools, dashboards (Level4 - Can perform without assistance. Has in-depth knowledge). - Experience with data warehousing, data management, data modelling (Level3 - Can perform with assistance. Has applied knowledge). Up to 100% Travel is required.
