Robert Half Technology has a client, in the downtown loop area, who is seeking a Software Application Trainer to join their team. Under the direction of the Web Application Administrator, the Software Application Trainer is responsible for training the user community on the administrative portal, ePortaro Folio, Serena Collage, and Feith Web FDD. The Software Application Trainer will provide training for the user community on IRIS, a SharePoint portal. He/she will provide training for the user community on ePortaro folio, and training for the user community on the Serena Collage CMS. The Software Application Trainer will be responsible for providing training for Feith Web FDD. He/she will assist with posting content on Intranet using the Serena Collage CMS.
