Meta Data Delivery Developer (Front End)

This role is responsible for extracting the meta data from the meta data repository and presenting it to the technical and business users. Individuals in this role should have a strong background in programming and SQL, with good skills in the selected meta data delivery tool set. These individuals also need to be able to work effectively with business analysts and end users, and have experience and skills in creating intuitive user interfaces.




Experience: *Meta data experience is MUST.

*This candidate will ideally have some Cognos experience.



Skills Required:

. Extensive Programming experience in Java and/or C++.

. 2+ years of experience in front end design development of reporting \ analytical applications, ideally using web based tools.

. Programming and systems development experience

. Good object oriented design and programming concepts

. Enthusiasm to solve interesting problems

. Knowledge in databases, SQL query, database schema design, comfortable with database concepts

. Minimum 3 years of experience in developing mission critical software components

. Programming and systems development experience.



Preferred Skills:

. Experience working on meta data implementations with large user base and complex requirements.

. Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science.

. Knowledge of Healthcare Insurance terminology.

. Experience with Rochade.
