Our North Suburban Client currently seeks a FINANCIAL IT ANALYST for a 6 month project engagement with (possible) extensions.

FINANCIAL IT ANALYST

Enterprise wide monitoring and tracking of IT hardware, software licenses and maintenance, and support related labor associated with IT application implementations.



Primary skills:

Must be able to communicate with various other functions such as Finance,

Purchasing, Desktop Support, Server Administration, Telecomm, and IT Managers

in relation to spend and status of IT Assets.

Experience putting together costs & schedule to mid and upper management.

Must have financial experience, financial analysis, budgeting / forecasting, consolidation, asset reconciliation, inventory.

Experience with IT assets (hardware & software), software maintenance.

Expert in Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Proficient in Access, Visio.

Experience in compiling and creating reports from various data repositories.


Helpful skills:

Experience reporting from Business Objects, Access, HFM or SAP BW a plus.

Designs & develops reports on the state of IT assets.

Resolves issues with asset management data, and works with vendors on process / data issues.

Document process & procedures.
