Our GLOBAL north suburban client currently seeks a PROJECT MANAGER with PMO experience for a 1 year contract engagement.


Project management services associated with a large IT integration program.

Required skills:

Program manager experience 5-7 years.
Direct experience producing executive level program dashboard information highlighting scope, resource, financial,risk, and readiness.
Database experience strongly desired: FileMakerPro, Access, eProject, MSProject and MSOffice applications

Description:

Project manager who will be specifically producing the following deliverables on a regular, periodic basis;

* Program Milestone Plan and Schedule
* Weekly Project Status Report Summary
* Monthly Status Reports targeted at various audiences
* Documented Issue Logs and representation of impact
* Develop and Maintain a Team Collaboration Tool
* A structured, Organized Business/IT Team and On-going Platform Enabling Continued Support To The IT Program.

The program resources are both internal and external, worldwide, leading and executing IT projects support acquisition integration. The role of the external program manager, to be provided will be to facilitate and lead the Information Technology management reporting as directed by the Director of Integration.
