Our client a leading global investment banking, securities and investment management firm is seeking an exceptional Financial Control Analyst in its Alternative Investment Division. The products supported are: Hedge Funds, Private Equity Funds, and Exchange Funds. Principal responsibilities will include processing Institutional client trades in an accurate and timely manor, overseeing Fund-of-Fund hedge fund trades to ensure accurate trade-flow reporting, overseeing external fund administrators, acting as liaison between sales channel and internal groups, and evaluating redemption waiver requests from sales teams. The Financial Control Analyst will also facilitate the error correction process for the Alternative Investment funds, facilitate trade settlement, and help lead process improvement initiatives.
Experience: This Financial Control Analyst position requires 2+ years financial services experience. A BA/BS degree is preferred. Previous experience as a Hedge Fund accountant would be highly advantageous. Excellent communication skills and strong Microsoft Office skills are required.
