A large Insurance company is requesting a Sr. Network Engineer. Under general supervision of RHT Project Manager, he/she oversees the purchase, installation, and support of network communications, including servers, related network operating systems, and other data (LAN/WAN) or voice network related hardware and software. Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of situation requires evaluation and judgment. The incumbent is responsible for evaluating current systems. Incumbent assists in the planning of large scale systems projects through vendor comparison and cost studies. This position requires a thorough knowledge of LAN/WAN systems, network operating systems (NOS), network infrastructure (Routers, Gateways, Firewalls, etc), servers, server operating systems, and applications.<br/><br/>All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be authorized to work in the United States.
