Our client a leading global investment banking, securities and investment management firm is seeking an exceptional individual to join their team as a Media Support/ Operations Analyst. The primary responsibility of this role is the oversight of all media related issues for the our clients mutual funds and alternative investments. This includes oversight of the vendors regarding all aspects which includes timely delivery, invoicing, and ongoing process improvements.The secondary responsibility of this role is to serve as a back office for the institutional Client Service Desk, which includes direct interaction on a daily basis with Client Service Analysts, Financial Control and sales.
Experience: The successful candidate will have Minimum of three years business or financial industry experience, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience gained through relevant work experience, and excellent communication skills
