Our client currently seeks a Senior Security Engineer with good CISCO experience for a DIRECT-HIRE position.

The Security Engineer will assist in security auditing, penetration testing and remediation using industry-standard best-practices and leading edge technologies.

Any of the following skills/certifications are of interest:

· Security auditing and writing assessments

· Security/Network certifications (e.g. Cisco CCNP/CCSP, Checkpoint, CISSP, MCSE Security, Certified Ethical Hacker)

· Experience with enterprise-grade VPN Concentrators and Firewalls, Access Control Servers, routers and switches.

· IPS/HIPS/IDS

· Experience with securing application services and/or professional ethical hacking and penetration testing, or social engineering experience a plus

· Must have experience and knowledge on MOST of these technologies: IPsec, 802.1q, 802.1x, 802.1p, SMTP, DNS, DHCP, OSPF, RIP, HSRP, EIGRP, AAA, NAT
