KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Crowe Chizek is looking for a SharePoint/.Net Developer Lead for the Collaboration Group in our Indianapolis, IN, Oak Brook, IL or Livingston, NJ offices to handle the following responsibilities: Pre-sales activities to develop client demos, project estimates and proposals; Identify and build relationships with key decision-makers and have a high degree of contact with clients and prospects; Own and lead the design, construction, and implementation of Microsoft-based business solutions for .NET and SharePoint; Data modeling and database design; Requirements gathering, Business analysis, System analysis, Iterative design; Development technical leadership; Unit testing, Integrated system testing; Application performance tuning; Support during customer acceptance testing, Ongoing support to fine tune the solution and identify new opportunities for Crowe Chizek.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Technology (or related field of study).
3+ years solid related experience; Demonstrated track record of technology and development lead for business application development projects (minimum 3 years experience in this role).
Microsoft certifications in more than one technology desired (i.e. MCAD, MCSD, MCSE, etc).
Demonstrated experience with SharePoint Portal Server and Microsoft Office SharePoint Server.
Hands-on MS development experience - ASP.NET and C#.
eXtensible Markup Language (XML).
Database platforms – Microsoft SQL Server and/or Oracle – hands on architecture and design of database schema and ability to create stored procedures and optimized SQL query statements.
Server infrastructure architecture, implementation, and configuration skills.

Infrastructure skills: Clustering, Debugging, Optimization, Load testing, etc.
