My client, a downtown trading company, seeks a Software Support Specialist to join their team on a full- time basis. The software support specialist will support and trouble-shoot custom real-time trading and reporting systems. The cutting-edge electronic trading platform displays real-time data and performs order routing, order execution, position management, risk analysis, and profit and loss calculations.
Experience: Candidates MUST HAVE 2+ years of Application support experience. They should also have a strong desire to deliver excellent customer support by trouble-shooting and administering proprietary applications, as well as an interest in, and understanding of, trading industry concepts and terminology. A software engineering background is preferred as well as knowledge of C# and SQL.
