Smartsource-inc is looking for an Expereinced Desktop support/PC Tech for a full time hourly position at 300 West Adams in Chicago, IL to start ASAP~

The contract position will be for a period of 6-9 months.

Pay rate is $19 per hour.

This position will be working Monday-Friday between the hours of 8 a.m.-5 p.m. and or 12 p.m.-9:00 p.m.. These hours will fluctuate throughout the project so flexibility is important.

You will be working in a corporate banking enviornment, and individuals who have worked in a banking environment with experience with the following are encouraged to apply.

Expereince:

Worked in a banking environment prior expereince.

A+ certified

Be able to perform implementation, administration and troubleshoot Active Directory.

Be able to build and configure widnows NT servers, upgrade all hardware and software on the servers and troubleshoot network issues pertaining to the Windows NT servers.

Be able to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.


Excellent customer service expereince you will be working with Banking end users and someone who understand the sensitive needs and expectations of the banking customers. You will also work with upper mangaement. You must have excellent communication and listening skills and be able to deal with very intense and escalated situations throughout the day.

You must have had previous migration expereince from Windows 2000-Windows XP

You must be familiar with Lotus Notes and Windows operating enviornment.
