Production Manger for reprographics company. Must have industry experience. Company has a shop of 30 employees. Production manager will manage 20-25 employees at a given time in 5 departments that include color, digital imaging, finishing, and small document copy. Company is open 7:30 to 8:30 pm. Parking - they offer discounted employee parking at $13.50/day and they offer a transit benefit which equates to about 50% their transit expenses

Profit sharing - the company may add to their 401k plans if they have a good year but it is not promised
Bonus - depends on the profitability, but is not promised
Vacation - After 1 year = 1 week of vacation & 1 week of Sick, After 2 years = 2 weeks Vacation & 1 week sick, After 5 years = 3 weeks vacation & 1 Week of Sick
