The Solutions Design and Delivery team is looking for a seasoned Project Manager to help lead various BMC Remedy v6 and ITSM v7 projects. This is an exciting role for a project manager who would like to be part of our IT Service Management program this year.

Candidates must have expertise in different business areas, application wide analysis and proposal of solutions. Assembles, analyzes, and represents partner or client business requirements. Performs feasibility analysis, scopes project, recommends alternative solutions, project strategy, and deliverable prioritization

Experience: Specific Experience Required

* 5-7+ years of IT project management experience (applications & infrastructure)
* 3-5 + years experience working on software development projects
* 2-3 + experience in a Business Analyst role
* Working knowledge of BMC Remedy v6/v7 applications
* Ability to create detailed project plans using Microsoft Project
* Ability to effectively facilitate projects from start to finish within the required timeframe
* Ability to create graphical mockups and data models based on requirements provided
* Working knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) process
* Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
* Well organized, works effectively with minimal direction, able to work with various technical teams
* Ability to manage several projects at once

**ITIL knowledge and experience is preferred.
**ITIL foundation certification is a plus.
**PMP Certification is a plus.
** Remedy ITSM v7 Implementation experience a major plus (Change Mgmt, Incident Mgmt, Knowledge Mgmt, Asset Mgmt, CMDB)

==============General PM Experience======================
Minimum of 5 - 7 years experience with expertise in managing all phases of systems development from concept through implementation and maintenance. Overall responsibility for structuring a project, performing the detailed planning, and managing project execution and completion of moderate or large projects. Defines the phase deliverables, tracks milestones and incurred expenses versus planned expenses, schedules roles and resources, evaluates risks and recommends contingency plans. Manages the development of the technical strategy. Assigns resources and tasks, and manages quality assurance, resolution of issues, status reviews and reporting, development of standards, change control, customer support, and compliance with all policies and procedures.
