. Project management and co-ordination of small projects across the third party trade execution systems including an understanding of the interrelationships and impact analysis on internal, proprietary straight through processing trade systems.

. Testing of third party trade execution systems both with the vendors, brokers, and internal IT testing. This includes testing of broker connections between A&Q and the vendor, testing of new software releases, and testing of configuration changes prior to being release.

. Configuration of the software into the test environment along with pre production support activities required for deployment and integration of the software into the production environment.

? Provide technical support to traders related to production problems identified on the trade execution and straight through processing platforms.

. Regular communication of status on small projects, testing, configuration activities including escalation of critical, re-occurring problems to development and senior management.

Experience: . Undergraduate degree: Computer Science or Finance related preferred.

. 2 years related experience in testing, configuration, and management of small project activities preferably in a TRADING environment.

. Hands - on experience in a production support environment.

. Technical understanding of the FIX PROTOCAL

. Familiarity with applications residing in a UNIX/LINUX environment

. SHELL SCRITING EXPERIENCE A MUST

. EXPERIENCE with third party vended products in the Program / Portfolio Trading execution space as well as single stock trading execution platforms.
